Dr. Saldino has had his own practice since 2003. His undergraduate degree is a bachelor’s in biology from University of California in San Diego, CA with a minor in Spanish literature. He graduated from Northwestern University Medical School Prosthetic and Orthotic Program in Chicago, IL and he earned his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree (DPM) from the California College of Podiatric Medicine with specialty in Podiatric Surgery in San Francisco, CA. He completed his Podiatric Surgical Residency at Lakewood Regional Medical Center in Lakewood, California, his Orthotic Residency at Southern California Orthotics and Prosthetics in San Diego, CA and his Prosthetic Residency at American Limb and Orthopedics in Chicago, IL. He is a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association and Texas Podiatric Medical Association. Dr. Saldino is triple board certified. He holds board certifications in Reconstructive Foot Surgery along with the additional surgical certification for Reconstructive Rear Foot and Ankle Surgery by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery. He is also an ABCOP Certified Prosthetist as well as a Certified Orthotist. Dr. Michael Saldino is one of very few Doctors in the U.S. with these advanced certifications.
When away from the office Dr. Saldino enjoys planning trips with family, and spending time outdoors! Dr. Saldino has dedicated his life to his family, his profession, and his patients and has been blessed with what he loves to do every single day! Dr. Saldino has six children. The oldest two are now practicing Doctors in Family Medicine and Dentistry. The younger children are still in college and may also pursue careers in medicine.
Crystal, our Office Manager and Medical Biller, has been with us since 2013. She adds an extra element of customer service. She will step up anytime to help staff anywhere help is needed. Crystal is very attentive to detail and will work with you to make sure all your billing needs are met. She is a great asset to our practice. Crystal was an Honors graduate and was a member of the National Honor Society from Genoa Central High School in Genoa, AR. Crystal enjoyed playing multiple sports for Genoa Central Lady Dragons including Track, Basketball and Softball. She also went on to Texarkana College to pursue a degree in Business Management and Accounting.
Outside of work, she is an avid sports fan. Crystal and her husband Kenneth have two children Kenzie and Lawson both of which keep them on the go with their multiple sporting events.
Courtney, our Office Assistant, came in 2017. She adds a youthful presents to the office with her sweet, giddy personality. She is a team player, quick learner and supports her co-workers in any way needed without question. Courtney had worked in the medical field since 2013. She is a graduate of Genoa Central High School in Genoa, AR where she played softball for the Lady Dragons.
Courtney and her fiancé Cody have a blended family of five kids, Rhealeigh, Ady, Gaige, Kimber and Gunner. They spend most of their free time at the softball or baseball field. Also, when they get a chance they like to spend time away at the family cabin.
Aly, our Receptionist, came in 2023. She has a very friendly personality which fits perfectly as she is the face and voice of the office. She will go above and beyond to make the patients experience with the registration and checkout process as smooth as possible. She is a graduate of Genoa Central High School in Genoa, AR. Aly is currently continuing her education at Texarkana College where she is studying to become a nurse. She is a member of The National Society of Leadership & Success.
Aly and her husband Monte have a blended family of five children, Brody, Abbie, Rhett, Reese and Rylee. Aly and her family enjoy fishing and going on ATV rides.
Jenny, our Office Nurse, came in 2023. She started working in the medical field in 1998. She graduated from Texarkana College in 2005 where she got her associate’s degree in applied science. This enabled her to take state boards where she received her Registered Nursing license. Over the years she has accumulated experience in many areas of the medical field including long-term acute care, primary care, geriatric care, home health and over 10 years in the operating room.
Jenny has 3 grown children and 7 grandchildren. Her grandkids are her pride and joy and she enjoys spending time with them as much as possible.
Dylan, our Lab Technician, has been with us since 2023. He brings a quiet, yet very professional personality to the office. His strong work ethic and dependability provide extreme value to the practice. Dylan moved to the Texarkana area in 2022 from Washington State. He graduated from Orting High School in Washington. He is continuing his education in Biology at Pierc Community College.
Dylan enjoys hiking, fishing and long boarding in his free time. He also likes to travel when he gets the opportunity.
